  • Assist with selecting or evaluating a lot if not already owned

  • Assess site conditions such as soil, utilities, and zoning requirements

  • Provide recommendations for site preparation

DESIGN PHASE
  • Collaborate with an architect or designer to create your custom floor plan

  • Develop exterior and interior design elements, ensuring they align with your vision

  • Finalize construction drawings and specifications

BUDGETING & CONTRACT
  • Provide a detailed cost estimate based on the finalized design

  • Review and finalize the construction contract, including payment schedules and milestones

  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
PLANNING
